This Licence is subject to any variations of the “Government Notice No. 004 of 2005” or “The Government Notice No. 5 of 2005”.

The objects and purposes of the Company are to offer banking services for corporate clients, private banking for the general public, and non-residents of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and to carry on, in conjunction or as separate undertakings, all or any of the following businesses:

• Accept cash deposits of any type (depositary transactions).
• Provide loans and borrow funds (loan transactions).
• Carry out currency and exchange transactions.
• Issue securities and credit cards processing.
• Provide securities safekeeping; manage, purchase, or sell securities.
• Act as intermediary in securities trading.
• Provide guarantees of any type (trade finance business).
• Effect payments (opening of accounts for legal entities and individuals).
• Hold assets, capital, precious metals, bonds, shares, or other financial instruments for third parties.
• Undertake electronic commerce (e-commerce).
• Provide other financial services.
• Cryptocurrency trading, liquidity, and storage.
• CFD (contract for difference).
• Open and accept deposits in any cryptocurrency.
• Provide loans in cryptocurrency.

The Company also acts as capitalists, financiers, promoters, and concessionaires — participating in, undertaking, and executing all kinds of financial, commercial, industrial, trading, exploitation, development, and agency operations.
